(ASP) wishes for you to be completely happy with your purchases. ASP wants you to enjoy the experience of shopping with us and would value you as a repeat customer. ASP offers no hassle refunds on your purchases. ASP offers a full exchange of the returned product(s) for all merchandise within the ASP family including our trade brands of EZ Swimmer™, Butterfly Designs™; among others. Returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or receipt. To aid in processing, please include a completed copy of our RETURN FORM inside the box. Original tags and packing must be in tact. ASP cannot accept returns if they are damaged or in improper packaging. If your item(s) was shipped in a box, please return the item(s) in the original box. If the item(s) arrived have excessive wrinkling we cannot issue proper credit. ASP urges you to package items with care to ensure safe return to our warehouse. ASP recommends that you remove your makeup before trying on any items. Please be advised that if the item(s) have been laundered, ASP cannot accept the return. ASP does not charge any restocking fees if the merchandise you are returning is less than $100. ASP offers special sale items from time to time. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on these items. This condition is specifically listed in the product description. Please review closely. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be mailed to our warehouse.
