Shopping Policies We aim to ship as quickly as we can.  Oftentimes, we are able to ship the same day but our promise is within 2 business days.   We regrettably are unable to ship until full payment is received.  We do accept checks and money orders but there is a significant time delay in order to have the payment clear the Financial Institution. 

Shipping Methods Our preferred method of shipment is UPS. Please provide a street address, as we are unable to ship to post office box. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Backordered or Discontinued Items We do our best to ensure products are in stock before posting but they can, from time, to time, become backordered or discontinued by our suppliers. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a backorder or discontinuation. You will be given the option to keep your order (if backordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case).

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not shipped from the warehouse. Cancellation requests will result in an e-mail to the warehouse to ensure the order has not shipped. This process can take 24 to 72 hours to complete.

This fitness tool is very durable. Like other swim boards it can take on dings and indentations. Unlike a surf board, the indentations in the closed cell foam have no impact upon performance. The high quality foam can be left in any temperature - hot or cold. It will not mold when exposed to water. It will take on any color and will indent even if a lightweight magazine were placed on top of it. Store it at the swimming pool, in the shower. Do not place any objects on top or next to it - the closed cell foam will dent.
